Rachel was born and raised in Ohio and graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Computer Technology. She lived in Florida and then moved to Pittsburgh in 2020. She has prior experience as a Medical Billing & Coding specialist. She has been a part of the billing team since November 2020, as a Billing & Insurance Coordinator. Outside of work, she loves working out, cooking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Steve has been with our office since July of 2020 and handles all aspects of marketing and talent acquisition. He is also in charge of the call center and all new patient phone calls. Originally from the east side of the state, he decided to come to the west side where he graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Marketing. Furthering his education at the University of Phoenix he obtained a Master’s degree in Management in just eighteen months. He is well versed in the medical industry gaining experience from consultative sales of Face Lifts, Breast Augmentations, Laser Hair Removal, and Dental Implants to name a few. In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his dog named Ditka and spending time with friends. He is also an avid sports fan and also enjoys the many restaurants that Pittsburgh has to offer.
Rachel has been with our office since November 2019. As our Billing & Insurance Coordinator she handles claim submissions, entering explanation of benefits and sending statements. Rachel is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her friends and family.
Adrienne came to work for us after Dr. Todorovich sold his Prosthodontic practice to us in January 2019. She does the insurance breakdowns for the patients at all three locations. She is married and has two children and one rather new granddaughter who is three months old. On Fridays she really enjoys spending time with her, especially when she smiles! She also loves decorating the office for the different holidays and taking care of plants.
