Nick Blumer brings a diverse range of skills and experience to South Hills Dental Arts. With over 25 years of experience as a career Firefighter/Paramedic, including serving with FEMA on 9/11 at Shanksville on Flight 93 recovery efforts, Nick has developed a reputation for his exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills.
After retiring at the rank of Captain Nick joined SHDA in the position of Practice Repair and Support Specialist, where he provides exceptional support to the practice. With a passion for helping practices thrive, Nick is committed to delivering prompt and effective solutions to a wide range of technical and operational challenges.
In addition to his work at South Hills Dental Arts, Nick enjoys woodworking as a personal hobby and special interest. He is married to his wife Mary and they have two children. In his free time, Nick enjoys listening to country music, being outdoors in the summer, and visiting places like St. Thomas, Montana, and Nashville. He is also a fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins and enjoys a good steak and bourbon.
