Dr. Poonam Furmah
Joining the Team in August of 2024 Originally from Canada, Dr. Furmah graduated with honors from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She was subsequently selected for a prestigious one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. This residency provided her extensive training in implant surgeries, full-mouth rehabilitation, and cosmetic therapy. Dr. Furmah’s advanced skills encompass crown and bridge work, digital dentistry, root canal therapy, implants, and a wide range of cosmetic and restorative dental treatments.
Dr. Furmah is dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth. As an active member of the Member Relations Committee with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, she remains at the forefront of dental innovation and cutting-edge techniques.
In her leisure time, Dr. Furmah enjoys hiking and is a self-proclaimed “music nerd”. She is committed to delivering personalized and compassionate care to her patients and is thrilled to have recently relocated to Pittsburgh. With her extensive expertise and unwavering dedication to her profession, Dr. Furmah is devoted to helping you achieve your healthiest and most radiant smile.
